The weekly compilation of property sales in Hamilton County reveals a robust market with multiple million-dollar transactions. The highest sale recorded was a $2,875,000 property on Chaswil Drive in Anderson Township, exchanged from Carrillo Jose Gabriel Arreaga & Arlen Reyes Arreaga to Parker Julia Tr. Other notable high-end sales include a $2,000,000 home on Traditions Turn in Montgomery and a $1,600,000 estate on Rollman Estates Drive in Amberley Village.

Blue Ash, a suburb north of Cincinnati, saw a $1,075,000 sale on Cornell Al from Roe Bonita to Anthony Kimberly, along with several other transactions over $900,000. In Evendale, a home on Twilight Drive sold for $1,050,000. The week also included a $1,500,000 transfer in Blue Ash on Belleview Avenue and a $1,500,000 sale on Griffin Gate Drive in Anderson Township.

Fort Thomas saw a $800,000 sale on Bivouac Ave and a $750,000 home on N. Crescent Ave. In Petersburg, 5607 Woolper Road sold for $1,050,000. Other notable transactions include a $747,000 sale on Audobon Road in Park Hills and a $675,000 home on Lillywood Way in Crescent Springs.

Many new construction homes were sold by builders like Fischer Single Family Homes IV, LLC and The Drees Company, particularly in Union, Burlington, and Independence. For example, 420 Flightline Drive in Union sold for $797,000, and 5005 Multose Place went for $724,000.
